  • Create, develop and execute account strategies, plans, and forecasts for assigned accounts and customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new accounts.
  • Build profitable sales in an assigned territory through developing new sales with current and new accounts.
  • Determine “Job to be Done” and conduct sales calls and personal meetings with clients.
  • Send quotes, and negotiate with potential client.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with targeted accounts that result in increased sales and margins through business calls and effective customer entertainment
  • Establish working relationship with strategic account’s middle and senior management that have decision making influence.
  • Execute channel sales strategy to assure strategic alignment with the business’ overarching strategic plan.
Requirements
  • BA in business or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Position with a proven track record of success
  • Business-to-business sales experience; strong general business capabilities.

  • Strong presence and excellent communications and influencing skills (both oral and written) to lead and motivate; The ideal candidate will be capable of influencing the business and be able to articulate a clear vision to customers, vendors, and employees.
  • Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and successfully deliver on commitments within promised time frames.
  • High-energy, highly motivated self-starter, with minimum supervision, and will be attracted by the opportunity to have significant and measurable impact on an organization
  • Excellent Negotiation skills and ability to close businesses.
  • Active listening with a strict focus and asking intelligent follow-up questions.
  • Capable of handling objection.
  • Exhibits high personal and professional standards of ethics and integrity. Leads by example.
  • This individual will be self-motivated, thrive in a non-bureaucratic environment, and think like an owner. A strategic thinker and a creative problem-solver. An entrepreneurial mindset.
