Empleos Food and Beverage Director

Customer Service-Oriented Food and Beverage Director with 10+ years of previous background in hospitality food service management.  The New Hire will be in charge of all food service related activities of 8 sites, with diverse concepts, ranging from Deli’s, to fine dining restaurants, ensuring optimum service, quality, and impeccable sanitation. Added to the list of responsibilities is the accountability over food service budget and cost controls, and menu development; continuously seeking cost reduction and new business opportunities.
