Empleos IT Director

Our client, a Leader in the Healthcare Business is hiring an IT Director. This position is responsible for overseeing and directing the day-to-day activities of the Company’s information technology (IT) department, ensuring that systems, services, and infrastructure work reliably and securely within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and control the staff of the information technology and BI department
• Lead IT Operations to provide efficient IT Services to all facets of the organization
• Implements and manage IT standards and procedures to adhere to all programs and standards
• Analyzes IT Infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other needs
• Oversee project implementations
• Develop an annual business plan and operating budget for the department and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that financial targets are met

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of experience
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience working with computer systems, security network, system administration, data base, data storage cloud and mobile technology
• Experience working with third party providers
• In depth ITIL Knowledge
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

Compensation : Commensurate to candidate experience, includes base salary, performance bonus and excellent package of fringe benefits.
