Empleos IT Business Relationship Manager

Our client, a global leader in the service sector, seeks an IT Business Relationship Manager  who will be responsible for fostering partnerships, aligning technology with organizational goals, and ensuring ethical project implementation for optimal outcomes. This role provides strategic guidance for the IT road map and drives continuous improvement to business process.

Responsibilities:  

• Acts as an escalation point for project conflicts and oversees procurement of hardware, software, and services.
• Communicates program expectations clearly to stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Manages technology enablement initiatives, defining major deliverables and timeframes.
• Leads program communications and maintains positive relationships with business sponsors, adapting approaches to address changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in the IT/OT industry, managing midsize to large teams.
• Proven track record in project delivery and process improvement across all phases of development and execution.
• Fully bilingual

Base salary commensurate to candidates experience plus excellent fringe benefits.
