Empleos Finance and Administrator Director

Our client, a non-for-profit corporation is hiring their Finance and Administration Director.  This position reports directly to the Executive Director.  This position is responsible for the financial functions, information systems, human resources and all the general administrative functions.  In collaboration with the Executive Director, this position is responsible for the design and implementation of business strategies, operational efficiencies, and cost savings initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Annual Budget and monthly status.
• Cash management
• Financial strategies
• Compliance with federal and local requirements
• Financial reporting and presentations to the Board of Directors
• Banking relations
• Supervision of all the finance and administrative personnel

• Bachelor degree in accounting
• 10 plus years of relevant financial and management experience
• Supervisory experience
• CPA and or MBA nice to have
• Previous experience in a non-for-profit organization nice to have
• Experience with federal and local funds nice to have
• Previous Experience implementing automatization process a plus

Compensation: Base Salary of six figures commensurate with candidate experience
