Reseña Clientele is NOT important

Today I was to receive a massage and even at booking employee shared she was coming in on her anniversary date to provide my service. Her first tale of whoa. When I arrived for my appointment it was then the scheduling system double booked she could see me at noon. I debated about the time internally and then the inconvenience. Then when I passed the spa as I decided to go to the pool at noon, she intercepted me with her hurried mess and frustration and shared that she could take me now. However, if I could not do it right then and there, she could not do it. I would be issued a refund. This is fine and yet does not excuse the demeanor, the back and forth , the lack of services, nor the inconvenience to my experience of rest and relaxation in San Juan. Please screen and hire staff whereby their priorities is your clients.
