Lack of cleaning and safety for patients under 5he really care.Gate falling apart, with a too steep ramp at the entrance. Staff bathroom with liking toilet and not safely attached to ground. No soap or water for staff of visitors to watch their hands. Inapropriate beds for patients, with reduced space in between.No visible Fire stinguichers,AED,licensing (for stablishment and the staff),etc.
