Empleos IT Director

Our client, a leader in the Insurance Industry is hiring an IT Director. This position reports directly to the CEO. This position will be responsible for the IT direction and road business map with alignment to their goals and objectives.

EXPERIENCE:

• Previous IT leadership
• Previous experience creating a Business Architecture Strategy
• Establishing an IT Governance Model
• Overseeing day to day operations including technology architecture, applications, user services and training

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related fields
• 10+ years of experience managing technology
• Previous director – level management preferred
• Proven experience taking strategy to actionable plans and delivering results.

Compensation: $120K - $158K Base Salary. Commensurate with candidate experience plus excellent fringe benefits.
