Empleos IT System Administrator

Our client, a multinational leader in the service industry is hiring their IT System Administrator . This position will be responsible for managing the Company’s Third-Party Help desk, Guide the internal technical team and support a range of administration duties to ensure an effective business operation. This position reports directly to the IT Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Leading technical point of contact for requirements regarding technology issues
• Ensure all request are managed to meet Company’s standards and audit requirements
• Service owner for business services, upgrades and technology improvements
• Trouble shoot technology related problems
• Facilitate the flow of information regarding escalated incidents to the management team
• Maintain excellent standard of customer services
• Liason with third party suppliers when additional technical support is required
• Responsible for cyber security risks and escalate events when is necessary
• Lead the roll-out of new applications, and infrastructure
• Provide technological support and recommendations on technology projects

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
• Fully bilingual
• 2 plus years of experience working within a highly dynamic technology environment
• Capable of working independently
• Knowledge of the following systems and principles will be beneficial:
  • ITIL Problem and Change management processes
  • Microsoft servers, File servers, DC, SQL
  • Azure &Microsoft 365 tenants, identity, security, mainflow, IdP.
  • Mobility and remote access
  • Meraki wired &wireless networking
  • Backups/DR workflows
  • Egnyte document management platform
  • Vulnerability management
