Reseña Paella at Ladis Rest. In Salinas (Now open again)

Went Jan 31, 2021 for my birthday. My wife and I are fans of Paella Valenciana (seafood) for many years so we ordered it as soon as I spotted it. Was ready rather quickly. Came on a large platter and it was the most beautiful presentation of a meal I ever saw. Large portions of all of the seafood. Golf ball size chunks of lobster, a dozen or more mussels, large shrimp, squid, clams and of course the saffron rice. Never had a better tasting paella anywhere in 50 years. Seemed pricey at first but not when I saw what we received. The dish should be called “Paella for 2 to 4 persons. “. Companions had Lobster al ajillo (garlic sauce) and Chillo ((snapper) and enjoyed it very much. Excellent parking facilities. Staff was friendly and efficient. Covid restrictions were observed to the letter
